assuming you are using Windows, try this: click Start, next click Control Panel and then something like Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options (all this naming depends on windows version) and then click Add other languages. In little window that opens click Regional Options tab and you should see English (United Kingdom), click the arrow and then select Polish, of course and click OK. Now you should see PL in bottom right corner and you can switch between PL and EN by pressing Alt + Shift. That's all it is to it.
